Thereafter follow the steps :

 

Basic Steps Using Touch 10 for Device :

Welcome Screen -> Change Language -> English (United Kingdom) -> Back

Welcome Screen -> Start

No Network Connection Screen -> Next

Ethernet Settings -> Disable DHCP & Enter All Static IP Address Details -> Next

Select “Other Settings”

Select Advanced Set-Up -> Next

Change Time Zone -> Southern Asia -> Colombo, New Delhi -> 12 Hours / 24 Hours -> Next

Skip Step related to using Device as External USB Camera -> Next

Adjust Camera View (Manual) -> Next

Sound Check (Auto) -> Next

Set-Up Complete Screen -> Next

“Welcome” Screen appears on Touch 10.

 

Web-Login using IP Address of Device :

Setup -> Configuration -> System Unit -> Name -> Define Name as per Customer for Identification.

Setup -> Configuration -> Conference -> Default Call Protocol -> H.323 -> Save

Setup -> Configuration -> Conference -> Max Transmit Call Rate -> Change to 2048 -> Save

Setup -> Configuration -> H.323 -> Call Setup Mode -> Direct -> Save

Setup -> Configuration -> H.323 -> NAT -> Enter Public IP Address -> Mode -> On

Setup -> Configuration -> Network Services -> H.323 Mode -> On -> Save

Setup -> Configuration -> Network Services -> SIP Mode -> Off -> Save

Setup -> Configuration -> Network Services -> HTTP -> Mode -> HTTPS -> Save

Setup -> Configuration -> Proximity -> Mode -> On.

Setup -> Configuration -> Proximity -> Services -> All Options On.

 

Specific Step for Cisco WebEx Room Kit Mini :

Setup -> Configuration -> Search “User Interface” -> Room Kit Touch Enabled -> True.

1.asia.pool.ntp.org

2.asia.pool.ntp.org

3.asia.pool.ntp.org




 


Below are the ports that needs to be opened on firewall network to successfully for Video Calling & Incoming

with receive calls to other H323 based endpoints.  


∙ Gatekeeper Discovery (RAS): Port 1719 (UDP) 

∙ Q.931 call Setup: Port 1720 (TCP)

∙ H.245(Static): Port Range 5555-6555 (TCP)

∙ H.245( Dynamic): Port Range 11000-20999 (TCP)

∙ Video*: Port Range 2326-2485 (UDP)

∙ Audio*: Port Range 2326-2485 (UDP)

∙ Data/FECC*: Port Range 2326-2485 (UDP)
