“HTTP 500.19 XXX” While opening COSEC WEB,

This error occurs when the IIS application pool for the COSEC website is having different .NET framework version than required.

 Open inet manager (run type inetmgr)
To resolve this, go to Internet Information Service Manager followed by Application Pool.


After changed 
Restart IIS Services
Change the .NET Framework version of the COSEC WEB Application pool to .NET Framework v2 till COSEC 
V5R8 versions and .NET Framework v4 for COSEC  V6R1 onwards.
