How to solve “.NET Framework V4 did not succeed”

Right click on command prompt and run it as Administrator
  • Type "net stop WuAuServ" and hit Enter.
  • Click on Run and type “%windir%”.
  • Find a folder named “Software Distribution” and rename it with any other name.
  • Open command prompt again and execute “net start WeAuServ” command.
  • Now start SQL .NET Installation.
