Matrix COSEC Monitor, Alert Services and SQL Services Not automatically started while after restart system

Solution 1. Go to Start > Run > and type regedit Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control With the control folder selected, right click in the pane on the right and select new DWORD Value Name the new DWORD: ServicesPipeTimeout Right-click ServicesPipeTimeout, and then click Modify Click Decimal, type '180000', and then click OK Restart the computer Still not working  Option 2. Click on Start - Run - Secpol.msc Go to Local Policies - User right assignments Act as a part of the Operating system bypass Traverse checking Lock pages in memory Log on as a service Log on a batch job Replace process level token If not, please add them and try restarting your system. Your SQL Server should be starting as a service.

Matrix Cosec - IN and OUT Events is there but Attendance is not calculate how to rectify?

1).            If employee Events is there but attendance report not showing the event. How to rectify ? Ans:      option 1. Login to Cosec Software and Click Users > User List > Search the User > Click Edit > Select General > Check the Joining Date (If Joining Date greater than current working days Attendance Report not show. After Joining date only attendance report will show)             Option 2. . Login to Cosec Software and Click Users > User List > Search the User > Click Edit > Select T&A > Check Enable Attendance Calculation (If uncheck Enable Attendance Calculation Attendance will not marked the user)             Option 3. “HTTP 500.19 XXX” While opening COSEC WEB,

This error occurs when the IIS application pool for the COSEC website is having different .NET framework version than required. Open inet manager (run type inetmgr) To resolve this, go to Internet Information Service Manager followed by Application Pool. After changed  Restart IIS Services Change the .NET Framework version of the COSEC WEB Application pool to .NET Framework v2 till COSEC  V5R8 versions and .NET Framework v4 for COSEC  V6R1 onwards.

How to solve “.NET Framework V4 did not succeed”

Right click on command prompt and run it as Administrator Type "net stop WuAuServ" and hit Enter. Click on Run and type “%windir%”. Find a folder named “Software Distribution” and rename it with any other name. Open command prompt again and execute “net start WeAuServ” command. Now start SQL .NET Installation.
